Analyze and recommend recovery for a failed execution

Usage: sn repair [OPTIONS] <MANIFEST>

Arguments:
  <MANIFEST>  Path to a canonical JSON manifest

Options:
      --target <TARGET>  Registry target name
      --execute          Execute the recommended recovery automatically (alias: --apply) [aliases: --apply]
      --json             Emit machine-readable JSON
      --yes              Skip confirmation when --execute/--apply is set
